Done Wondering provides psychoeducational tests and paid write-ups of test results, delivered as PDF files. The questions and the interpretations were written by a psychologist, neuropsychologist and CBT therapist.
The site is operated by Przemysław Matul, a sole trader established in Ireland. Contact: hello@donewondering.com.
The site is intended for adults. Taking a test requires no account and no personal details.
You are buying a PDF write-up that corresponds to the result profile your answers produced, or a bundle of such write-ups. It is prepared content, not a document written individually from your specific responses.
We do not promise a page count. We promise that the content matches your result profile and that a professional wrote it rather than a text generator.
Sales and payment processing are handled by an external provider acting as merchant of record. That provider issues the receipt, handles applicable tax and processes payment data. Its own terms govern the transaction itself.
The file is made available immediately after payment clears, as a link on the confirmation page and by email to the address given at checkout.
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a fourteen day right to cancel a distance contract. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right is lost once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel. You give that consent at checkout. If you do not, the file is released after fourteen days.
Beyond that: if you read the write-up and decide it was not worth what you paid, email us within fourteen days and we will refund you. We will not ask you to justify it. We have no interest in keeping money from someone we did not help.
If the file did not arrive, will not open, or does not match its description, email hello@donewondering.com. We respond within fourteen days. Complaints about the payment itself are handled by the payment provider, but you can raise them with us and we will pass them on.
The tests and the write-ups are protected by copyright. Buying a write-up gives you the right to use it yourself. You may not resell it, publish it or distribute it publicly.
The site is provided as it stands. We work to keep it available and free of errors but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We are not responsible for decisions about your life, your health or your legal position taken on the basis of a test result or the content of a write-up. A test result is not a basis for making claims about another person's mental health.
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
We may update these terms, for example when we add tests or change how we sell. Purchases already made are governed by the version in force on the day of purchase.
These terms are governed by Irish law, without depriving a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of the country in which they habitually reside.
